Inul Daratista Shocks Malaysia at Concert 2025 – Gentara

Inul Daratista: From ‘Goyang Ngebor’ to the International Stage — Concerts in Malaysia 2025

The name Inul Daratista has been synonymous with dangdut since the early 2000s. Born as Ainul Rokhimah on January 21 1979 in Pasuruan, East Java – she began to enter the world of music with enthusiasm and unique style. Hit songs such as “Goyang Inul”, “Idaman Youth”, and a number of other works made her widely known as the “Queen of Dangdut”. However, his career journey was not just glittering – full of challenges, criticism and continuing to prove himself.

The year 2025 brings big news for dangdut fans, especially from outside Indonesia. After almost two decades of absence from holding big concerts in Malaysia, Inul has finally confirmed that she will return to greet her fans in the neighboring country.

Concert entitled “Inul Daratista Live In Malaysia – Millennial Dangdut Nusantara” scheduled to take place on December 6, 2025 at Setia Spice Arena, Pulau Pinang. This is not just an ordinary concert – this stage is a moment of reunion and pride, because the last time Inul performed grandly in Malaysia was in 2007.

Concert promoter, Fajar Baiduri Empire, along with support from the Malaysian Traditional Orchestra (OTM), ensures that this concert will be spectacular. Not just melancholy and dangdut, the stage will be accompanied by traditional orchestral accompaniment, dancing, as well as collaborations with local Malaysian artists – including big names such as Amelina and Baby Shima.

According to Inul herself, this concert is the answer to a long-delayed longing – for the atmosphere, the Malaysian audience, and the warmth of appreciation that was once present. “I am very happy to finally be able to return to Malaysia, after almost 20 years,” said Inul.

For fans of dangdut and Indonesian music, this concert is not just entertainment – it is proof that Indonesian dangdut music continues to live, crosses national borders, and is able to unite feelings in sound and rhythm. Inul Daratista, with dangdut blood and unfading energy, proves that nostalgia and modernity can combine on a stomping stage.

Let’s watch together on December 6 2025 — when Inul returns to rocking, singing and bringing the spirit of Indonesian dangdut to life in Malaysia.
